The spinner base is optimal for my particular greenstalk set up. I have several towers set up in my backyard on individual paving stones. The spinner allows me to rotate the planters periodically so that all plants have a shot at either morning or afternoon sun as needed. For me, it's the perfect accessory for my towers. I use the spinners exclusuvely.
