Can I transfer my Seed Rewards to a friend?
No, Seeds and discount codes are non-transferable.
What if I have purchases from before the start of the program, will they count towards my Seed total?
Orders placed after November 1, 2023 count towards your Seed balance. Unfortunately, orders placed before November 1, 2023 are not able to be counted towards your Seed balance.
Do Seeds expire?
No, your points do not expire. If the program ends, you will have the opportunity to transfer your eligible points into a discount code.
What are Seeds and how can I earn them?
Seeds are GreenStalk Loyalty Points. Seeds may be converted to a discount code once reaching 200 Seeds.
Can I receive points for my purchase if I accidentally ordered through guest checkout?

If I cancel or return an order that I used my Seed points on will they be returned to my account?
Yes, they can be returned to your account upon request. It may not happen automatically.
Does the purchase of gift cards count towards earning Seeds?
No, but the redemption of gift cards will count towards your Seed balance.
Can I use the Seeds towards the order that was just placed?

Where can I redeem a reward?
Seeds may be redeemed for discount codes which may be applied to orders placed at greenstalkgarden.com

What are the details of the GreenStalk Rewards Program?
Your referral link is only to be shared to your personal friends, family and your personal online social presence. Do not share your link on any official GreenStalk online presence or social platform. Links are not to be shared via affiliate social media pages, websites or other places where it would be considered a conflict of interest. This program may be changed at the discretion of the GreenStalk Garden Team. It may be discontinued at the discretion of GreenStalk Garden. Never share your link with coupon sites. You will not receive Seeds for referrals made to existing GreenStalk customers or if the order placed is from the same household as the referrer. If you are intentionally misrepresenting GreenStalk or abusing this program you will be removed from the program and Seeds and Redeemed Rewards Codes will be forfeited and removed from your account and any open orders with your referred code will be cancelled and refunded.
