These are the best towels for drying dishes and the towel dries quickly. I have also used them for semi-drying freshly grown sprouts (not done in the GS). I sent a set to my daughter and she loves them too.

Love that it is made of 100% cotton. The blackberry GreenStalk print against the light lavender check is so pretty. I like it for its intended use just as it is, but I also think it could be made into a cute kitchen apron. I may get out my embroidery floss and add some dimension to the GreenStalk and plants in it. That would be cute too.
