This product is made from polypropylene plastic reinforced with microscopic glass fibers, which provide additional strength and stability. As the plastic ages from continued exposure to UV rays, heat, weather, and use, these fibers may eventually become exposed and can potentially cause skin irritation, itching, or eye irritation when handled.
