I purchased the drip tray water reservoirs for my GreenStalk Movers to prevent spills indoors—and they do that job well. The reservoirs catch excess water efficiently, making them a great addition for anyone overwintering plants inside.
However, the design has some drawbacks:
• When attached, the reservoir makes moving or spinning the GreenStalk significantly harder.
• There’s no latch or locking mechanism to keep the reservoir in place, so it shifts when rotating for light adjustments.
• The fit is very tight between the wheels, which makes pivoting the wheels or accessing the front brake difficult.
Pros:
• Prevents water spills indoors
• Fits perfectly with GreenStalk Movers
• Great for overwintering setups
Cons:
• Makes moving/spinning more difficult
• No latch to secure reservoir during rotation
• Tight fit limits wheel pivot and brake access
Bottom Line:
If your GreenStalk will stay mostly stationary, the reservoir is a great addition. But if you move or spin your planter frequently, the current design can be frustrating. Hoping future versions include a locking feature and better clearance for wheel access.

Not in love
I bought 2 drip trays and am only using 1 of them, because I’ve opened it and it’s scratched up, so I feel committed to it. I set up 1 of my BOGO blackberry 3 tiers on a concrete patio slab two weeks before setting up the other. I bought the tray thinking that I could recycle any runoff water and put it into one of my other nearby garden spaces. It works just fine at collecting the water, as it is supposed to. What I don’t like is that it doesn’t lock in place. My Greenstalks are on the mover base and when I spin them the tray becomes dislodged and drags on the ground. It would be much better if it were higher profile and would lock into place. Since it does not, I have not even bothered to install the second one I bought. I’ve been too busy to even consider taking the time to send it back to you. I’m just now getting a chance to respond to the email review.
Aside from that, I am grateful that you care enough to include this review as part of your service. Your products are beautiful and inspire me to hope for a great growing season. Aside from this issue I really do adore both of my now fully planted Greenstalks!

Moving inside
I am moving inside two greenstalks, so I’m hoping these work for me. I tried having inside with my first ones a couple of years ago, but didn’t work out too well, so these drip pans seem like the perfect answer.
