I really like this seed starting kit. It is well made and I like how easy it is to move around. Full disclosure, the plants you see in the picture weren't started from seed. My local nursery sold me a bunch of plugs, which I planted in my Green Stalk, and I was just parking them here for a few days. I did start some seeds once I moved the plugs out and they are doing great.
I like the bottom tray. I've been finding other uses for it. I use it to harvest and dry herbs.
Love that there's one tray for each tier of my GreenStalk — it makes starting and transplanting seeds super easy. The watering system is smart and keeps everything evenly moist without extra work. My seeds sprouted fast and strong. Totally recommend if you’re already using a GreenStalk!
I had a lot of issue with my seedlings drying out and just not thriving in these 6 packs - compared to other ways, including soil blocks these dry out fast & maybe don't hold enough soil - IDK. Important to note I didn't get the tray for them - so maybe that would of help with moisture retention.....
Love the new seed starter kit. This was a game changer for growing our seedlings this year. I would suggest getting the dome covers as well! 🌱
