I absolutely love the greenstalk. This is my 1st year with them. I now have 7 and hope to get a few more for the fall season. I do think if you direct sow seeds you need to water each pockets till the sprout. Keep gray disk clear so it can work. I think 3 tier is to small so I may get another to make it 4 tier but 3 is wonderful to start. Definitely took some time to get the right potting mix many brands have to many wood chips that are large. Not good for seedlings.
