The pockets are really too small/narrow to easily place started plants. They are not wide enough. They are, however; plenty deep.
The watering system doesn't work as well as advertised. I find that watering by hand gets a more correct amount of water to my plants.

My breaks don’t seem to work well so it a little unstable at times . I may have to take it off but the plant er looks nice . Just planted my strawberries today . We will see it’s my first one . I wouldn’t buy the roller again.

I bought my green stalk 5 level last year as a Mother’s Day gift to myself. I felt a little intimidated on what to plant in it as I had bought small knockoffs that tipped over during rains and winds. I started with just 3 levels and am slowly building up- didn’t realize how much soil they hold- I love the concept and even created a worm compost bin in one of the pockets. I have to stack first then fill as it’s too heavy for me, but once it snaps in place- I fill the next one.
